Voter

This page guides you step by step through the process of voting to become eligible to receive incentives

Voters actively participate in the governance process by casting their votes, playing a pivotal role in determining the outcome of a proposal. Their engagement not only influences the direction of governance but also makes them eligible to receive rewards offered by providers.

The claiming of rewards takes place on the QuickSnap platform, while the actual voting process occurs on Snapshot. Now, let's guide you through the voting process.

1. Choose a space with an active incentives

Effortlessly access your preferred space by clicking on "Active incentives" on the homepage. This filter will display spaces with active proposals that have incentives in place. Once the desired space appears, simply select the proposal.

2. Check incentives

Within the incentive section, you can view the overall incentive amount allocated to a specific proposal and the corresponding vote-options where the rewards are placed. For instance, in the example below, there's an incentive designated for the vote-option "Fund PL's 2nd Milestone" with an amount of 10 USDT. To qualify for receiving incentives on the proposal, it is essential to select the vote-option associated with the rewards. To cast your vote on this proposal, click on "View on Snapshot" to be redirected to the Snapshot proposal.

3. Cast your vote on Snapshot

Upon being redirected to the Snapshot page, cast your vote for the proposal. Select the vote option associated with tied rewards.

To participate in the voting process, it's essential to possess voting power, which is contingent on the strategies established by the space for that specific proposal. For a more in-depth understanding of Snapshot voting mechanisms, refer to their documentation 👉 https://docs.snapshot.org/user-guides/voting/vote

After successfully casting your vote, you'll need to wait until the proposal concludes and the rewards are calculated. For further information on claiming rewards, please proceed to the next page.
